Etrion plans to issue new senior secured corporate bonds in Norway

Chicago, March 21 - Etrion Corp. said it plans to issue a new senior secured corporate bond in the Norwegian bond market.

ABG Sundal Collier, Pareto Securities and Swedbank are the joint lead managers.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the company's €60 million bond due April 2015, according to a company press release.

Etrion is a Geneva-based a solar independent power producer.
