New Issue: Estonia's Esti Energia sells €300 million 4¼% notes due 2018 at mid-swaps plus 248 bps

Columbus, Ohio, March 26 - Esti Energia AS (Baa1/BBB+/) priced a €300 million issue of 4¼% notes due Oct. 2, 2018 at mid-swaps plus 248 basis points, according to a company news release.

The notes priced at 99.163 to yield 4.405%.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, and Nordea Bank Finland plc acted as joint bookrunners.

The Tallinn, Estonia-based company is engaged in the production of energy and shale oil, as well as the sale of electric and thermal power.
