Esterline Technologies to begin roadshow Tuesday for $150 million 10-year notes via Wachovia

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, May 22 - The roadshow is set to get underway Tuesday for Esterline Technologies Corp.'s offering of $150 million senior subordinated notes due 2013 (B+), according to a syndicate source.

Pricing is expected to take place late in the week of June 2, the source said.

Wachovia Securities is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A offering.

The notes will be non-callable for five years.

Proceeds will be used to fund the recently announced acquisition of Weston Aerospace, to repay the credit facility and for general corporate purposes.

The company is an aerospace/defense specialty component manufacturer based in Bellevue, Wash.
