Ester Industries to consider convertible debentures issue at meeting

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 14 - Ester Industries Ltd. notified the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will consider issuing zero-coupon convertible debentures share warrants at a board of directors meeting on Sept. 22.

Gurgaon, India's Ester Industries makes and sells polyethylene terephthalate and engineered plastics.
