CSI Properties’ unit plans international offering of four-year notes

Concord, N.H., July 14 – CSI Properties Ltd. subsidiary Estate Sky Ltd. plans to conduct an international offering of notes with a four-year maturity, according to a company release.

The notes will be guaranteed by the parent.

HSBC Ltd., UBS AG Hong Kong Branch, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd., Bank of East Asia Ltd., CMB International Capital Ltd. and DBS Bank Ltd. are coordinating the Regulation S offering, which will be completed subject to market conditions.

Proceeds will be used by the company and members of the larger group for general working capital and debt repayment.

The issuance has approval in-principal for listing on the Singapore Stock Exchange.

CSI is a Hong-Kong based investment holding company primarily engaged in property development.
