New Issue: Essex County Improvement, N.J., prices $90 million of solid waste bonds

New York, Aug. 13 – The Essex County Improvement Authority of New Jersey sold $90 million of series 2015 AMT solid waste disposal revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Ba2/BB-/) were sold through BofA Merrill Lynch.
The bonds are due July 1, 2045 and have a 5.25% coupon priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the authority’s solid waste disposal system.
