Essex County Improvement Authority, N.J., plans $90 million bond sale

New York, July 30 – The Essex County Improvement Authority of New Jersey is set to sell $90 million of series 2015 AMT solid waste disposal revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds (Ba2/BB-) will be sold on a negotiated basis with BofA Merrill Lynch and are due July 1, 2045.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the authority’s solid waste disposal system.
