Espre Solutions plan confirmation hearing to continue Thursday

Portland, Ore., April 29 - Espre Solutions, Inc.'s hearing for approval of its plan of reorganization will continue April 30 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, according to an attorney.

The hearing began April 29.

As previously reported, an ad hoc committee of equity holders has objected to the plan, saying it contemplates Espre's "virtual surrender" to secured creditor Dalcor, Inc.

Espre, a Dallas-based video media technology company, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 30. Its Chapter 11 case number is 09-30572.
