New Issue: ABAG Finance, Calif., brings $50.51 million bonds for Eskaton Properties

New York, May 21 - The ABAG Finance Authority for Nonprofit Corporations priced $50.51 million of series 2013 revenue refunding bonds for Eskaton Properties Inc., according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (/BBB/) were sold through Cain Brothers Inc.

The bonds are due 2013 to 2018 and 2020 to 2023 with a term bond due in 2035. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5% with 0.7% to 3.45% yields. The 2035 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 106.269 to yield 4.25%.

Proceeds will be used to refund the corporation's series 2008B variable-rate revenue refunding bonds.
