Erie County IDA, N.Y., to sell $62.5 million school facility bonds

New York, April 10 - The Erie County Industrial Development Authority of New York is set to price $62.5 million of series 2013A school facility refunding revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Ramirez & Co. Inc. as the senior managers.

The bonds are due 2014 and 2017 to 2028.

Proceeds will be used to refund the authority's series 2009A school facility revenue bonds.
