Erie County Industrial Development, N.Y., eyes refunding deal in June

New York, April 21 – The Erie County Industrial Development Agency is expected to come to market this June with a refunding offering, the agency said in a statement.

The offering will be conducted to refund its series 2007A school facility revenue bonds and series 2008A school facility revenue bonds, both issued for the City School District of the City of Buffalo.

The issuance and timing of the deal are subject to market conditions and other factors.

The 2007A bonds have $141.35 million of outstanding principal, and the 2008A bonds have $139,945,000 of outstanding principal.
