Eurobank Ergasias to forgo July 9 dividend on €200 million preferreds

Chicago, June 24 – ERB Hellas Funding Ltd. said it will not pay dividends on its €200 million of series C fixed rate non-cumulative non-voting preferred securities guaranteed by Eurobank Ergasias SA.

The dividends would otherwise have been payable on July 9, according to a company notice.

Eurobank Ergasias is a bank based in Athens.
