EQT holding investor calls for two-tranche offering of dollar notes

Tupelo, Miss., Jan. 13 – EQT Corp. is holding fixed income investor calls on Monday and Tuesday for a registered two-part offering of fixed-rate senior notes (Baa3/BBB/BBB-), according to a market source and a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Securities, Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The notes will have make-whole and par calls.

Proceeds from the deal will be used to repay or redeem debt.

The integrated energy company is based in Pittsburgh.
