New Issue: EQT sells $750 million 4.875% 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 300 bps

New York, Nov. 3 - EQT Corp. priced $750 million of 4.875% 10-year notes to yield Treasuries plus 300 basis points, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes (Baa2/BBB/BBB) were sold at 99.085 to yield 4.992%. They have a make-whole call at Treasuries plus 45 bps.

Bookrunners were Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc.

Senior co-managers were Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA) Inc. and PNC Capital Markets LLC.

Co-managers were CIBC World Markets, Credit Agricole Securities USA Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co., Huntington Investment Co., UBS Securities LLC and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc.

The integrated energy company is based in Pittsburgh.
