EQ/MFS International Growth Portfolio adds Dwan as portfolio manager

San Diego, Jan. 6 - EQ Advisors Trust announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission the appointment of Kevin M. Dwan as a portfolio manager to the EQ/MFS International Growth Portfolio.

Dwan, an investment professional and portfolio manager at MFS Investment Management, joins David Antonelli in managing the fund's portfolio.

AXA Equitable Funds Management Group, LLC is the fund's investment manager. Boston's MFS is the adviser.
