Epistar cuts conversion price of third, fourth issue euro convertibles

Madison, Wis., July 16 – Epistar Corp. announced adjustments to the conversion prices of its third and fourth issue euro convertible bonds.

The conversion price of the third issue bonds will be lowered to NT$121.66 from NT$122.38, and the conversion price of the fourth issue bonds will be lowered to NT$64.73 from NT$65.13.

The new conversion prices are effective Aug. 7.

Epistar is an LED chipmaker based in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
