EOAL Cyprus trustee to make final $30,000 bond loan payment Oct. 17

Pittsburgh, Oct. 10 – EOAL Cyprus Holdings Ltd. bond loan trustee Nordic Trustee ASA will make a third and final $30,000 distribution to holders of the company’s 20% super senior secured callable bond issue 2012/2013, according to a notice from the trustee.

The payment will be made on all three tranches of the bonds on Oct. 17, with the record date for payment set as Oct. 15.

Holders of first-tranche bonds will receive a share of $14,127, holders of second-tranche bonds will receive a share of $9,088, and holders of third-tranche bonds will receive a share of $6,783.

EOAL Cyprus is a subsidiary of Equinox Offshore Accommodation Ltd. Equinox provides solutions to offshore accommodation and logistics needs and is incorporated in Singapore.
