Enzon sets July 24 record date for DellaCamera's consent solicitation

Charlotte, N.C., July 21 - Enzon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has set July 24 as the record date for DellaCamera Capital Management, LLC's consent solicitation, DellaCamera announced on Tuesday.

DellaCamera is seeking written consents from Enzon shareholders in its bid to amend Enzon's bylaws and to remove Enzon chief executive officer and president Jeffrey H. Buchalter.

DellaCamera, with an 8.3% stake in Enzon, has been actively seeking changes at the Bridgewater, N.J., biopharmaceutical company since January.
