Envision Solar concludes $815,000 private placement of common stock
Company sells 5,433,333 common shares at $0.15 per share in offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 5 – Envision Solar International, Inc. completed an $815,000 private placement of stock on Nov. 2, according to an 8-K filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 5,433,333 common shares at $0.15 apiece. The price per share is a 6.25% discount to the Oct. 30 closing share price of $0.16.
The solar project and technology developer is based in San Diego.
