EnviroSolutions official unsecured creditors committee appointed

Charlotte, N.C., March 26 - EnviroSolutions Holdings, Inc.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by Region 2 U.S. Trustee Diana G. Adams, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee is comprised of Michael Treptow, of the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. of Milwaukee; Harold Martin, Sr. of Morganville, N.J.; Darren Rizzo, of ELS Transportation LLC of Bridgewater, N.J.; Anthony Pellegrino of Wills Trucking of Akron, Ohio; and Elizabeth Bozan of English Paving Company, Inc. of Clifton, N.J.

EnviroSolutions, a Manassas, Va., integrated waste management company, filed for bankruptcy on March 10. Its Chapter 11 case number is 10-11236.
