New York, Nov. 18 - Entourage Mining Ltd. has completed its previously announced private placement for $800,000.
The company issued a total of 5,333,333 units at $0.15 each to four investors.
The offering was first announced Oct. 10 as a $1.05 million offering, but one investor who had planned to buy shares backed out of the agreement.
The units include one share and one warrant. The warrants are exercisable at $0.25 each for two years.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Entourage is a mineral exploration company.
