Entertainment Publications ends operations, files Chapter 7 bankruptcy

Pittsburgh, March 14 - Entertainment Publications, LLC made a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing March 12 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company said in a court filing that it has ceased all business operations and terminated all of its employees.

According to court documents, Entertainment Publications has $10 million to $50 million in assets and $50 million to $100 million of debt.

Charles M. Forman of Forman Holt Eliades & Youngman LLC was listed as Entertainment Publications' Chapter 7 trustee. Polsinelli Shughart PC represents the company.

Entertainment Publications is a Troy, Mich.-based coupon book publisher. Its Chapter 7 case number is 13-10496.
