Enterprise Group concludes C$2.47 million private placement of units

Non-brokered deal consists of 6,183,500 units sold at C$0.40 apiece

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 2 – Enterprise Group, Inc. said it settled a C$2.47 million non-brokered private placement of units.

The company sold 6,183,500 units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.40 per unit, with each two-year warrant exercisable at C$0.50. The strike price is a 78.57% premium to the Oct. 1 closing share price of C$0.28.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The construction services company is based in St. Albert, Alta.
