S&P upgrades Entergy units
S&P upgraded Entergy Louisiana LLC, Entergy Arkansas LLC and Entergy Mississippi LLC to A- from BBB+.
The upgrades came after S&P evaluated the companies under revised criteria.
S&P said the companies are well insulated from their parent Entergy Corp., so any adverse problems at the parent wouldn’t likely affect the companies’ creditworthiness.
The outlook is stable.
