Entercom buys back $20.2 million of its senior subordinated notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 2 - Entercom Communications Corp. repurchased $20.2 million of its senior subordinated notes during the quarter ended Sept. 30, according to a company earnings report.
During the quarter, the company reduced its outstanding net senior and senior subordinated debt by $25.4 million. As of Sept. 30, the company had $758.2 million of senior debt and $23.9 million of senior subordinated notes.
Entercom is a Bala Cynwyd, Pa., radio broadcasting company.
