Entech Solar completes $1 million private placement of common shares

Offering was completed with investor JEMZ Trust at $0.0667 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 10 - Entech Solar Inc. settled a private placement of stock on Dec. 6, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It raised $1 million.

The company sold 15 million common shares at $0.0667 per share to JEMZ Trust. The price per share is a 19.94% discount to the $0.08 closing share price on Dec. 3.

The trust is controlled by chief executive officer and chairman of the company's board of directors, David Gelbaum.

The Fort Worth company designs, manufactures and installs solar energy systems that provide electricity and thermal energy in commercial and industrial applications.
