Enron will not pay dividends on convertibles, MIPS, preferreds, trust preferreds

New York, Dec. 11 - Enron Corp. said it will not pay previously declared dividends on its common stock, its cumulative second preferred convertible stock, Enron Capital LLC's 8% cumulative guaranteed monthly income preferred shares and Enron Capital Resources, LP's 9% cumulative preferred securities, series A. The troubled Houston, Texas energy trader also said the no dividends will be decliner on these securities until further notice.

Enron also so it will not declare further dividends and quarterly interest payments on Enron Capital Trust I's 8.30% Trust Originated Preferred Securities, Enron Capital Trust II's 8.125% Trust Originated Preferred Securities and Enron Corp.'s 7% exchangeable notes.
