Deutsche Bank Securities acquires three Enron claims for $13.88 million

Washington, Sept. 14 - Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. acquired three Enron Corp. claims valued at $13.88 million, according to Monday filings with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

It acquired a $10.78 million claim from Tenaska Marketing Ventures, a $2.98 million claim from Tenaska III Texas Partners Ltd., and a $120,582 claim from Tenaska Power Services Co.

Enron, a Houston-based energy company, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 2, 2001. Its Chapter 11 case number is 01-16034.
