Longacre Master Fund acquires $1.61 million Enron claim from Salience Associates trustee

Washington, June 22 - Longacre Master Fund Ltd. acquired a $1.61 million claim against Enron Corp. from the Chapter 7 trustee of Salience Associates, according to a filing Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Enron, a Houston-based energy company, filed for Chapter 11 on Dec. 2, 2001. Its Chapter 11 case number is 01-16034.
