Longacre acquires $10.69 million Enron claim from Vitol

Washington, Feb. 12 - Longacre Master Fund Ltd acquired a $10.69 million claim against Enron Corp. from Vitol SA, according to a filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The filing, dated Jan. 30 but released Wednesday, notes the claim may have been adjusted to $8.2 million.

The claim number is 13349 and the case number is 01-16034.

Enron, a Houston-based energy firm, filed for Chapter 11 on Dec. 11, 2001.
