Pittsburgh, Nov. 14 – EnQuest plc’s scheme of arrangement was approved by holders of its high-yield notes and retail notes at a meeting held Monday, according to a news release.

EnQuest said a total of 1,931 scheme creditors voted, representing 84.91% of the notes claims. Of that amount, 1,929 voted in favor of the scheme, representing 99.9% by number and 99.87% by value of the votes cast.

Completion of the scheme is now subject to court sanctioning.

A hearing is scheduled to take place in the Companies Court, Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice of England and Wales on Nov. 16.
