EnQuest announces scheme of arrangement meeting scheduled for Oct. 24

Pittsburgh, Oct. 21 – EnQuest plc’s scheme of arrangement “convening hearing” will be held on Oct. 24, according to a notice released Friday.

Holders of the company’s $650 million of 7% senior notes due April 15, 2022 and its £155 million of 5½% notes due Feb. 15, 2022 may attend the scheme meeting or instruct counsel to attend on their behalf.

EnQuest is a London-based petroleum exploration and production company.
