Knoxville, Tenn., March 26 - Enova Systems, Inc. arranged a £4.2 million private placement of shares, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2,131,274 shares at 195p each.
Enova Systems, based in Torrance, Calif., develops fuel cell, hybrid and environmentally friendly power components used in automobiles.
