Fitch rates Enogex notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB rating to Enogex LLC's $200 million in 6 7/8% senior notes maturing July 15, 2014. The issuer default rating is BBB.

The outlook is stable.

Ratings reflect the moderate business risk resulting from a primarily fee based revenue stream offset in part by some continued commodity price exposure, the agency said.
