Enesco creditors committee reappointed following two resignations

Pittsburgh, March 27 - Enesco Group, Inc.'s U.S. Trustee appointed an amended official committee of unsecured creditors for the company's Chapter 11 case, according to a Tuesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Alec M. Lipkind of Disney Enterprises, Inc. and Terry Change of Victradco Ltd. resigned from the committee, and Michael Gordon of G Studios, LLC, Newport Beach, Calif., and Jonathan Lewis of Deborah Lewis Designs, San Francisco, were appointed to replace them.

Michael Molinaro and Stanley F. Orszula of Jim Shore Design, Inc., Health Springs, S.C., are also members of the committee.

Enesco, an Itasca, Ill., producer of fine gifts, collectibles and home decor accessories, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 12. Its Chapter 11 case number is 07-00565.
