New Issue: EnerJex closes $2.7 million placement of debentures with stock

New York, June 27 - EnerJex Resources, Inc. closed another $2.7 million tranche of a private placement of senior secured debentures with stock.

The 10% debentures have a three-year term.

The investors received 2.7 million common shares along with the debentures.

The debentures may be prepaid at par plus interest at any time.

C.K. Cooper & Co. was the placement agent.

Proceeds will be used for the acquisition and development of oil and gas assets. The rest will be used for general corporate purposes.

Located in Overland Park, Kan., EnerJex is an oil and natural gas exploration and development company.
