Energy XXI Gulf Coast to price $250 million eight-year notes Thursday

Portland, Ore., Feb. 9 - Energy XXI Gulf Coast, Inc. plans to price a $250 million offering of eight-year senior notes on Thursday, according to market sources.

RBS Securities Inc. will be the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company's 10% senior notes due 2013 and to repay outstanding debt under the revolving credit facility.

The issuing entity is the operating subsidiary of Hamilton, Bermuda-based Energy XXI (Bermuda) Ltd., an oil and natural gas exploration and production company.
