Energy Transfer Partners selling 10-, 30-year senior notes Monday

New York, Jan. 14 - Energy Transfer Partners LP is pricing senior notes (Baa3/BBB-/BBB-) in two tranches during Monday's session, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering includes notes due 2023 and 2043.

Bookrunners are Bank of America Merrill Lynch, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings outstanding under a revolving credit facility.

The energy gathering and transportation company is based in Dallas.
