New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $510,000 CS notes due 2021 linked to Energy Select fund

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 24 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $510,000 of 0% CS notes due Dec. 17, 2021 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund ever closes above the 141.65% barrier level during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be $1,060 for every $1,000 of notes.

Otherwise, the payout will be the greater of par and any gain in the fund.
