Morgantown, W.Va., April 2 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.42 million of 0% trigger gears due March 31, 2021 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.2 times any ETF gain.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the ETF finishes below the 80% downside threshold level.
