Credit Suisse to price return enhanced notes linked to energy fund

Columbus, Ohio, July 12 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due Aug. 2, 2017 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.

If the fund return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus three times the fund return, up to a maximum return that is expected to be 24.15%. If the fund return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.

The final fund level will be the average of the fund’s closing levels on the five days ending July 18, 2017.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the agents.

The notes will price July 15.

The Cusip number is 22548QCB9.
