UBS plans discretionary callable buffered notes on energy fund

San Luis Obispo, Calif., June 11 – UBS AG, London Branch plans to price 0% discretionary callable uncapped buffered securities due June 21, 2018 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.05 times any gain in the fund. Investors will receive par if the fund declines by up to 9% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 9% buffer.

The notes are callable at 110 on June 17, 2016.

UBS Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.

The notes (Cusip: 90274T783) will price June 17 and settle June 22.
