New Issue: JPMorgan prices $10.56 million PLUS linked to Energy Select Sector SPDR

Tacoma, Wash., May 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $10.56 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 3, 2016 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus triple any gain in the ETF, up to a maximum return of 19%. Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the ETF.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
