New Issue: Barclays prices $10.97 million PLUS on Energy Select Sector SPDR fund

New York, Feb. 3 – Barclays Bank plc priced $10,967,490 of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due May 4, 2016 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of the ETF gain, capped at 19.25%.
Investors will share in any losses.
Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the distributor.
