Chicago, Feb. 5 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $433,000 of 0% market-linked securities due June 27, 2024 linked to the common stocks of Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR Fund and Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the worst performing stock is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 100% of the index return subject to a maximum return of par plus 19.75%. Otherwise investors will receive par.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
