New Issue: JPMorgan sells $14.87 million digital equity notes on Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $14.87 million of 0% digital equity notes due March 4, 2025 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the ETF finishes at or above its 87.5% buffer level, the payout at maturity will par plus 12.02%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for every 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
