New Issue: JPMorgan prices $194,000 digital barrier notes linked to energy fund
Chicago, Sept. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $194,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due Dec. 5, 2023 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the ETF ends above its 70% barrier the payout at maturity will be par plus 18%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines if it finishes below the barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
