New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.11 million autocallable accelerated barrier notes on SPDR fund

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.11 million of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due May 17, 2023 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus 13.25% if the fund closes at or above its initial level on May 18, 2022.

If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.25 times the return.

If the fund falls but finishes at or above the 75% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
