New Issue: Citigroup prices $1 million barrier securities on fund, stocks

Chicago, Nov. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1 million of 0% barrier securities due Nov. 16, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund and the common stocks of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Southwest Airlines Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.85 times the return of the worst performing asset if it finishes above its initial value.

If the worst performer finishes flat or declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par.

If the worst performer falls by more than 25%, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of that asset.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
