New York, Nov. 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $250,000 of 0% barrier securities due Oct. 19, 2023 linked to the least performing of the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, Financial Select Sector SPDR fund and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final level of each asset is positive or flat, the payout at maturity will be par plus 217% of the least performing asset return.
The payout will be par if the final level of each asset is less than its initial level but greater than or equal to the barrier level, 70% of the initial level.
If any asset finishes below the barrier level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index.
